My name is Conor Hallagan and I am currently getting started on a new career in competing in triathlons as well as Coaching High School Cross Country. I was involved with FCA at Mountain View High School for 4 years before going to College and popping in when called upon! I have volunteered and served with FCA whenever I got the chance and have helped speak at different High Schools. I am most looking forward to learning the In's and Out's of the ministry as this is something I feel called to doing the rest of my life. The best part so far has got to be getting to meet all the amazing, welcoming, loving, awesome staff in Northern Colorado. Everyone has been so kind and gone out of their way to make me feel like part of the team. I am looking forward to leading huddles in different High Schools in Larimer County and continuing to build relationships with High School Athletes and Coaches.
Sierra grew up in Nebraska before starting her collegiate volleyball career and graduating from South Dakota State University in 2019. During her time at South Dakota State University, she came to know the Lord in a saving way through her FCA huddle on campus. She was involved with the FCA leadership team and was an intern for FCA before coming on staff with FCA in 2019. After serving the Loveland area for 3 years, the Lord has called her to specifically focus in on the ministry in the Estes Park community. Now through coaching the Estes Park Varsity volleyball team, teaching and working part-time for FCA, she believes there is no greater fit. To be serving and sharing Jesus in her favorite place in the world is the greatest joy the Lord has blessed her with.
What's up guys, my name is Shane Sorrentino and I am the very first Character Coach for FCA NoCo All-Abilities. I went to Windsor High School and played for their Unified basketball team for 6 years and I was on the wrestling team for 4 years. I graduated Windsor High School in 2020 and since then I have been a part of the West Program where they set you up with volunteer jobs in your community and in May 2023, I will be graduating. I have been a part of FCA since I was 13 years old and in Fall 2022 I started serving as a Character Coach with FCA All-Abilities. I am currently a Character Coach for Windsor High School's Unified basketball team and in 2023 they were State Champions. For me, being a Character Coach means to be a leader to the kids I meet and to come alongside them with their struggles and help them through it. Sometimes life can be hard and my job is to show the kids how great God is and how they can be in His word. In my heart, I always want to show God's love to other people and my passion is to continue to coach and serve the All-Ability Athletes in my community.
Miley grew up in Minnesota where she grew up playing hockey and lacrosse. While playing lacrosse at Colorado Mesa University Miley was invited to FCA by her husband Geoff where she first heard and accepted the Gospel. Miley and Geoff have a daughter Laine born in 2022 and a Golden Retriever.
My name is Emily Wiegert, I have been a lifelong athlete in many different sports. My current passion is competing as an amateur in disc golf. Though, I hope to turn pro in the next year. My first experience with FCA was in college back in Wisconsin, where I met Aaron Rodgers. I have not had much experience with FCA since then, God lead me on a very interesting journey. I enlisted in the Army and found Chaplaincy through my experience there. After I returned from a deployment, I knew I needed to pursue going to Seminary and chaplaincy. I served in the Colorado Army National Guard as a chaplain candidate until I incurred a career ending injury. After that I pivoted and pursued chaplaincy in the hospital setting until this past May when God connected me with Scott and the rest of the Northern Colorado FCA team. I knew instantly that this was where God wanted me to be. To be working in a ministry capacity centered around coaches and athletes is a dream come true for me. To top it off, I am blessed to be joining an incredible team here in Northern Colorado. Everyone has been so welcoming and has so much experience they are ready and willing to help as I navigate this new area of ministry. I am excited to see where God will continue to lead me as I step into my role in the Loveland area and as a member of this team. I look forward to all the connections and relationships I will have the opportunity to build with Coaches and Athletes.
After Haley completed a five-year collegiate softball career at Colorado State University, she was unsure of what she was called to do next. Many doors closed, but one door swung wide open, and it was Fellowship of Christian Athletes. The Lord connected the dots and left many fingerprints along her life with FCA. Growing up in Fort Collins, Colorado, Haley played softball, basketball, and soccer competitively. She ultimately pursued softball in college. In high school, Haley was a part of an FCA huddle that met every Wednesday morning and she eventually continued FCA throughout her college years at Colorado State. Fellowship of Christian Athletes has blessed Haley in tremendous ways and deepened her relationship with Jesus Christ and His church. The Lord has continued to pave the way for Haley to serve female athletes & coaches at CSU that are on both similar and different journeys. It is vital for young female athletes and coaches to find their identities as Daughters of the Lord. Her heart burns with a passion for those all around her to know the freedom of Jesus Christ & the goodness of heaven. She loves to be creative & DIY, loves to be with her people, and is hungry for people all around her to know true joy. She is excited to finally tie the knot with her high school sweetheart, RJ Barnes, this year on June 30th! Together, they pray to obediently fulfill the Lord’s plan for ministry together & to witness the Lord move in Northern Colorado which they call home sweet home!
Hi there! My name is Rachel and I serve as Campus Representative for Severance High School, Severance Middle School, and Windsor Charter Academy. I was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska and moved to Fort Collins to attend CSU where I met my now husband, Austin. Together we have two dogs, Hubble and Newton, and a few house plants. Before coming on staff with FCA, I spent three years as an 8th grade science teacher at Severance Middle School. During my time at SMS, I was the host teacher for the FCA Huddle. It was an incredible time watching 6th-8th graders spend their Friday mornings seeking the Lord together. Now, my job is walking with my past students as they learn who Jesus is, grow in their personal relationships with Him, and empower them to walk with others as they grow in Christ.

Angie grew up in Kansas and Colorado. Her love for sports started when her dad coached her early in soccer and then he gave her first shot put at age 16. Shot put did not end up being her sport of choice but growing up around sports and competition gave Angie what she needed to run track, cross country and play volleyball. Angie went on to attend Kansas State University, Go Wildcats! While at Kansas State, Angie majored in Elementary Education with an emphasis in special education. After over 30 years of teaching in the public, private and homeschooling her children, the Lord called Angie to start the first All Ability, intellectually and physically disabled individuals program in the sports pillar for FCA. Angie has had a full first year getting to come alongside coaches and athletes in adult flag football leagues, unified high school teams, fca huddles on campus with three All Ability athletes, adaptive recreation programs, helping start the first All Ability camp in Grand Junction and was able to bring on our first All Ability character coach, Shane, to work alongside Unified Sports at Windsor High School. Angie is so excited to bring faith to the All Ability sports in Northern Colorado.
